VIP sign-up broken

<?xml encoding="utf-8" ?><div><p>I have tried several times to sign-up over the last month, with two different payment methods.&nbsp; Both failed many times.&nbsp; Some unhandled error messages are displayed.&nbsp; something about MySQL and and e-mail address field, etc.</p>
